Jacob Walter Anderson, a former fraternity president at Baylor University, was given a $400 fine for drugging and repeatedly raping a victim identified as Donna Doe, at a frat party, when she was 19 years old in 2016.  "I am devastated by your decision to let my rapist, Jacob Anderson, go free without any punishment,"  Doe said to Texas State District Judge, Ralph Strother in court.  The victim's lawyer told KWTX, "I never, ever have seen such a sweetheart deal for a defendant like this.  It pays to be rich and white in McLennan County when you're charged with a crime.  Our entire system failed this young woman.  In 40 years of law practice, I've never seen anything like this."  This judge put a price tag of $400 on this woman.  This is disgusting and happens more often than people think.  This judge needs to be booted off the bench.
