Plans to give a speech by...
the border on Thursday???? Demonstrating that the Southern border isn't very dangerous at all.
This is a person who fears rain. He's hardly going to be rushing toward anything dangerous....he's a LIAR!!! and stupid too..and a coward....
Also plans a to deliver a prime-time speech he has billed as, "On the Humanitarian and National Security Crisis on our Southern Border."
He will try to use the power of the bully pulpit to increase public pressure on Congress to give in to his demand to finance a "border wall."The speech is the latest step in a massive mess that the Pervert has made of the federal budget in recent weeks.
If it were possible to sue for presidential malpractice, this would be low-hanging fruit for the legal community.

I think he is going to announce that he will classify this as a crisis and pay for the wall from emergency funds. Not sure if I am using the correct terminology. He will be hit with many lawsuits but he doesn't care. He lives for lawsuits because he ignores them like a spoiled brat and he has gotten away with it.
He's already moving to block parts of Mueller's investigation from the public. But there will be leaks.
Geez....this is all so bleak.
