He found a woman's pocketbook on the turnstile of a subway containing $10,000. Guess what!!!! He turned it in. She was carrying the money because she has no credit cards and carries cash....she's from another country. (Authorities may have a few questions). But that is a good man! NYC usually gets a bad rap!
