Four year old with a loaded gun
A four year old in Washington State shot his pregnant mother in the face. The boy found the loaded gun under a mattress, where his father hid it, because of recent crime in the neighborhood. His Mom is 8 months pregnant and has life-threatening injuries. The child's parents were watching television in bed when the shooting happened. More ruined lives because of an unsecured gun.

Oh that's so sad. If the gun wasn't there it would never have happened. Stating the obvious, I know, but the powers that be don't seem to see a problem that glares them in the face.
