TV tonight..Feb.24...The OSCARS!!
The Oscars are on tonight....should be good.....and they will be on ABC.....
Tune in about 7:00 to see what they're wearing, but it actually starts at 8:00
Oh and no host this year....maybe Whoopi will show up to do the hosting...
Anyone watching it tonight??

It's really good...
Regina King just won best supporting actress for “If Beale Street Could Talk.”She is the third black actress to win both an Oscar and a Prime time Emmy, joining Halle Berry and Viola Davis.
She thanked her mother and Baldwin, the author of the book that was adapted into the film.

I'm watching....these were my predictions:
Best Actor Oscar: Rami Malek.....Bohemian Rhapsody. (Sorry I like Bradley Cooper, too....I know he wasn't nominated.)
Richard E. Grant, Best Supporting Actor, Can You Ever Forgive Me?
ROMA is slow but Yalitza Aparicio, is nominated for Best Actress. She won't win but she's my pick.
Or Olivia Colman for Best Actress in The Favourite.
Or Emma Stone, Best Supporting Actress in The Favourite.
Or Rachel Weisz, Best Supporting Actress in The Favourite. (I also missed If Beale Street Could Talk) Regina King was nominated)
Best Director, Spike Lee, BlacKkKlansman.
My picks for Best Film....BlacKkKlansman or Bohemian Rhapsody (I didn't see Vice.)

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga sounded great !..I didn't know he could sing..wow! excellent !!
And Spike Lee won an Oscar !! Just wow! well deserved...!!

BlackKklansman or Bohemian...anything but Roma. It was a bore but I liked the lead actress. She had never acted before. Glad Olivia Colman won. She deserved it. Disappointed Spike Lee didn't win for directing. He's brilliant but he did have one good win.
