Spunky and Plan B....We have bright sun today! The snow has that spring look to it, dirty, grainy like it could take a beating and start melting. We've got a long way to go though, flooding will probably be next, but at least we're headed in the right direction. Hope everyone has sun today and gets out to enjoy it.
