The State Department said it's carrying out trump's directive to end aid programs to three Central American nations, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.  The top Republican on the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee, Michael McCaul, said on Monday, "If we cut all this funding, and a lot of it, quite honestly, is seriously law enforcement that we're doing down there...I think it's going to make things tragically worse, not better."  Even though trump is blaming the surge of people rushing to the border on the Democrats, the idiot is causing it himself by threatening to close down the border, people are trying to get here before that happens.  Now if he cuts aid, they'll have even more reason to flee their own countries.  He's a stable genius for sure.
