I just read this on the NYT....


In The New York Times Opinion Section, Opinion Columnist David Leonhardt quotes Theda Skocpol, a Harvard political scientist: "Biden has long been known as an emotional person who hugs just about everyone he feels positively about, male and female. Now the social mores have shifted. He needs to say he realizes this and change his behavior accordingly. Everyone else, meanwhile, needs to get a grip."

I agree...VP Joe Biden is NOT being offensive.....I'm wondering who paid these women off to come forward now.....because he's ahead in the polls

I honestly don't understand how this should be such an issue. Joe likes to hug people. He's demonstrative and touchy bur he's not a sexual predator. These 2 women have every right to have personal boundaries and I get why they may have been upset about having their personal space invaded......but please why turn this into something akin to the me2 movement because it's not.

And to all those Trumpsters who have come after Joe for hugging people.....your guy has bragged about grabbing women by their privates. He's proud of the fact that he's forcably kissed women without consent. He's cheated on all 3 of his wives without remorse......I could go on, but you all know the facts.

I was afraid something like this was going to happen.  the sad thing is, this may ruin his chances and he may pull out of the race. (I'm not sure he's the one that can win anyway, but...)  And sadly, what he's done is so minor compared to what Trump has done.  somehow, all this crap seems to just fall off of Trump but sticks to everyone else.  I just don't get it.
