the Illinois 6-year-old who went missing in 2011: Police report.........This would be such a great ending for this family.....or beginning.

I don't know the story, but I sure hope it's true. His family must have been in anguish all these years.

Unfortunately its NOT him...
The person who was found wandering in a Kentucky neighborhood is not Timmothy Pitzen, who disappeared nearly eight years ago, the FBI said Thursday.
That individual told authorities he was the missing child from Aurora, Illinois, and described how he fled from his alleged kidnappers and ran across a bridge into Kentucky, according to a police report.
But DNA results proved he is not the missing child, the FBI's Louisville office said. Local authorities are investigating the person's identity.

The news brought heartbreak all over again to Timmothy's family and neighbors who were waiting for his return.
"It's devastating. It's like reliving that day all over again," Kara Jacobs, Timmothy's aunt, told reporters. "Timmothy's father is devastated once again."
