Mick Jagger is lucky to be alive according to his younger brother Chris Jagger.  It was discovered during a routine exam, that the 75 year old Rolling Stones front man needed heart valve replacement surgery.  If the doctor hadn't spotted the condition, it could have been fatal.  Jagger tweeted his fans, "Thank you everyone for all your messages of support, I'm feeling much better now and on the mend - and also a huge thank you to all the hospital staff for doing a superb job."
