Apparently, the Mueller report says its team of investigators decided not to prosecute Don, Jr. for campaign finance violations because they figured he was too stupid to have knowingly committed the crime.  Junior seems to have missed that part of the report, when it came out he sent out a celebratory tweet telling everyone that "I told ya!"  He hasn't figured out that Mueller has announced to the world just how stupid he thinks he is.  The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.
