It's being reported by a South Korean newspaper that, as part of a purge of officials who negotiated the failed summit between Kim Jong Un and trump, North Korea executed its nuclear envoy to the United States.  Kim Hyok Chol was supposedly executed in March, along with four foreign ministry officials, after they were charged with spying for the U.S.  The U.S. is attempting to verify the reports.  Would this surprise anyone if it turns out to be true?  trump will just deny it ever happened and continue to call him a great man.  I've even seen comments from the right praising Kim Jong Un, just like they do Russia now, we're living in an alternate universe.
