Good afternoon Spunky. The sun is out here but it could be warmer. I made it to the gym this morning....day of a 6 week boot camp...2X a week. I have a long road ahead of me. I am so out of shape and so much heavier than I want to be. Fingers crossed I'll get there.

Good evening plan b...
We had a pretty good day....got alot of my yard work done....we hired two young men from the neighborhood that did most of it.....my back couldn't take anymore lifting... This past winter wrecked havoc on my yard....we lost three trees....
Now to relax and watch a little TV....
