Stranded traveler Kiana Coffin, 19, from Hawaii, was headed back to school at Pacific University in Oregon, when bad weather caused her flight (on another airline) to divert to Seattle.  Robert Fonte, a United Airlines pilot, saw Kiana with a TSA agent and thought she might be in trouble.  She started to cry when he asked her if she was doing OK.  When she told him about her predicament, he put her trip on his credit card and arranged transportation for her.  Kiana's Dad and Fonte, a Dad himself, have become texting buddies.
