    Its going to be a nice day...with low humidity...supposed to get alot warmer towards the end of the week

    Hi Spunky and Clean. It's hot here but bearable.
    Well.....starting with a personal trainer this week. The price is right and I need to work on "stuff". Already gave up most sugars. FYI....the power of salt. I had a bag of those cheddar chip pretzels that are soooooo good and I blew up like a blow fish. I'm back to normal now but I have a bag in the trunk of my car for emergencies, along with a bottle of seltzer.
