    Good morning plan b. It's a beautiful day here. The sun is out. I'm just rolling out of bed. I had trouble falling asleep last night, so slept in. Usually I'm a great sleeper.....no worries though. Lucky to be retired.

    I fall asleep watching TV or reading......try to read something Clean....that may help when you can't sleep
