    HI Spunky,
    It's dry and sunny. Pleasant temps. I was bad over the weekend with eating....today I learned that hollowing out a bagel really reduces the calories. Watching it today....no eating after 6:30. I'll just get in bed. Lol.

    Good morning Plan B! It's very fall like here🍂. The leaves are turning and the air is crisp. The sun is out but it's definitely not summer ant more.
