Friday, Sept 20th
Good morning plan b. Well fall is in the air. Mornings here are much cooler, but the sun is out and I'm going to make the best of it and get outside......maybe walk instead of going on the treadmill...🍂🎃🕸🕷

Good morning Clean and Plan B, it's a gorgeous day here today. I'll get a little work done this morning and then spend the afternoon with my Grandchildren, they only have a half a day of school today. It's supposed to be a great weekend, I hope everyone gets to enjoy it!

Hi teluog and Clean...
Walking is the best. I just wish I could do more of it. Enjoy grandkid time, teluog. I wish I had more time for it.
Pretty day here but chill is in the air.
I did chair-yoga last night and today I feel GREAT! Looks like I will do more of it!
