It seems trump is obsessed with polygraphs and wanted to polygraph every employee in the White House to unearth the leakers and spies, according to a former official.  Even though the plan was never carried out, just the fact it could be used against employees, hurt staff morale.  The more upset he gets, the more he pushes the idea of polygraphs.  He's also obsessed with nukes, I can just imagine how his mind is working right now, scary!
