Ego. I have noticed something extremely disheartening happening in this country recently. Ppl CHOOSE to be uninformed. Look at evolution & climate change as examples of this. There are mountains of facts & info regarding these subjects, yet ppl refuse to inform themselves, because in reality they know the facts will challenge their opinions & ideology. It is much easier to be angry or defiant when all ppl use is their own uninformed opinion. Have you watched the movie Idiocracy? Cheesy movie, but really exemplifies America today. Idiocracy is here.
