trump is planning to bypass Congress again and divert another $7.2 billion from the Department of Defense in order to fund his wall.  He's spending money like a drunken sailor, his base only cares when the Democrats spend money, not their own.  When's Mexico paying us back, haven't heard anything about that lately?  What's the plan for the farmers who've been bailed out to pay us back, or was it just to buy their vote?
