John Delaney drops out of 2020 race !
Delaney said in a statement that his campaign concluded he did not have enough support to be competitive in the Iowa caucuses and that he hid not want to draw support away from other moderate candidates.The latest departure leaves the following candidates in the race:
- Sen. Michael Bennet of Colorado
- Former Vice President Joe Biden
- Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg
- Former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg
- Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii
- Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota
- Former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick
- Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont
- Billionaire Tom Steyer
- Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts
- Tech entrepreneur Andrew Yang
