I know she and Joy are not on the same page politically, but Meghan's comment was unnecessary.......she acts like she's the only one qualified to give any sort of opinion.

I think Meghan thinks she was hired to be THE POLITICAL PUNDIT on the show.  When other topics come up she will often say, "I don't want to talk about that," or "I don't care about that."  And when politics are discussed she waits until the others are finished and then she'll give her opinion, as if it is so important she has to be the last word. (except when she interrupts everyone and tells them that they're wrong.)

Totally agree. M thought one thing but the producers meant something else at the time of hiring. But M hears only what she wants to hear and she is always right!
 

 
One thing that really bothers me about Meghan is that even when she is told that she doesn't have her facts straight she continues to spout the same rhetoric. Like if she says it often enough it will be true. She's always saying that Canadians are flocking to the states to treat medical treatment because Canadian health care and its Dr's are inferior.......it makes my blood boil because it's not true.

it was a train wreck.  Joy is right, it's called THE VIEW.  Joy is entitled to voice her view even if it contradicts what Meghan believes.  Both can have opinions.
