I watched most of the 10 min reading...yes, just a monotone reading of the prompter with sniffs every few words.  Funny thing, even though someone else clearly wrote the speech, a correction/clarification had to be issued minutes later!  This administration is a joke.

If he's still shaking hands and he gets the virus too bad too sad! He thinks he's immune but really he's not.....none of us are.

If Trump told his base to ignore everyone else's advice about this pandemic they probably would. He is not of sound mind.
