Starting next month, the US Dept. of Agriculture will tighten rules for unemployed adults, without minor children or disabilities.  It'll shrink food benefit enrollment by 700,000 people.  Democrats are calling the food benefit cut "particularly cruel" during the Coronavirus outbreak, but so far, the trump administration refuses to postpone the cuts.  Tax cuts for the rich will continue however.
