Nancy Pelosi orders REMOVAL of four Confederate portraits from....
the House.!!
On the eve of Juneteenth, she ordered portraits of 4 speakers who served the Confederacy to be removed from the U.S. Capitol.
Pelosi said Thursday she wasn't aware until recently that the former speakers served in the Confederacy.
The former House speakers in question include Robert Hunter of Virginia, Howell Cobb of Georgia, James Orr of South Carolina and Charles Crisp of Georgia.
"There is no room in the hallowed halls of Congress or in any place of honor for memorializing men who embody the violent bigotry and grotesque racism of the Confederacy," Pelosi wrote in a letter.

This is history in the making......Confederate statues coming down. Portraits of Confederate speakers being removed. Black Lives Matter protests. Dreamers/DACA knowing they won't be deported. LGBTQ rights being affirmed. I pity any one who refuses to jump on board during this time of positive change. They will be left behind.
