Good show today? I haven't watched yet.
I wonder what is happening with the status of the ABC producer who made racist remarks about Sonny, Robin Roberts, and others. Sonny supposedly said she will quit The View if the producer isn't fired. She called Sonny "low-rent" and I think she said of Roberts.....at least we're not asking her to pick cotton...... (I may have gotten that wrong word for word but that is the sentiment....)
Hope she goes away quietly and Sonny stays on the show. Sonny is very good.

I agree! I like Sonny, she's very smart....hope that low-life was fired!

Today's show was a repeat....but I did find out the woman's name...
News executive. Barbara Fedida, the Senior Vice President of Talent, Editorial Strategy, and Business Affairs for the news division, was accused in a HuffPost exposé of making several statements about top ABC talent including Hostin, Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts, and several others.
Fedida has since been put on administrative leave while an independent company investigates the allegations
And Whoopi added this statement:
"I know Barbara Fedida. I don't think she's a racist," Goldberg said. "Everything I know about her doesn't say that she has this in her, but I will say that one of the things that everyone should always make sure we say and I say it all the time is, let's find out. Because if it's true, she's gone."

I think she made the statements as read from other accounts. She should go if she did indeed say those things. When Sonny talked about it on air she was almost crying. These words can cut like a sword.....very hurtful....calling a person low-rent?
