The US Treasury Department has sanctioned Andriy Derkach, a Rudy ally and a Biden dirt-peddler, he's an active Russian agent.  He's been charged with interference in a US election.  He's the son of a former KGB officer and he's also been supplying documents to Republicans on Capitol Hill.  He's part of the whole smear campaign against Biden and his son.  We're living in a really bad novel or unbelievable television series here, you just can't make this up.
