Giuliani went on faux and friends to share his medical expertise on Joe Biden.  "The man (Biden) has dementia.  There's no doubt about it.  I've talked to doctors.  I've had them look at a hundred different tapes of his, five years ago and today."  He's sure he's taking Adderall or some other brain altering medicine.  When talk finally turned to dimwit, Giuliani went to the old song and dance routine, "he's a very smart, very alert human being, not a senile old man."  His cult on Facebook are already sure Joe Biden is on drugs, they've gotten the message from the tin God.  dimwit already knows he isn't going to do well tonight, so it'll be because of that, oh and he said the debate won't be fair.  He's covered with the brain-dead crowd.
