Supreme Court rejects Texas' and the rump's bid to overturn election!
It's OVER again!!!!
The Supreme Court rejected a bid from Texas' attorney general -- supported by the rump -- to block the ballots of millions of voters in battleground states that went in favor of President-elect Joe Biden.
The Texas lawsuit sought to nullify President-elect Biden's victory in four states — Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin

The Constitution isn't worth the paper it's written on anymore because of dimwit. Glad for once he didn't get his own way though. Did I hear right, two justices voted the other way?

Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas made a separate legal point. They issued a statement -- and importantly, not a dissent -- accompanying the order saying that the court shouldn't summarily block the types of lawsuits Texas brought. But they also said this one wasn't worthwhile. Meaning the case was over and done.
