    Another bill unpaid

    Dimwit called for recounts in Dane and Milwaukee counties in Wisconsin, two of the most Democratic areas of the state.  Well, shocker, the Republican-led Legislature's Budget Committee is holding up the $3 million.  Dane County Board Chairwoman, Analiese Eicher said on Twitter:  "Expenses were incurred.  We did our job.  Time to pay the bill.  We're not a contractor Trump and his allies can stiff."  Wanna bet?
