Well, guess what?  Finally a case of voter fraud proven.  A Delaware County, Pennsylvania man named Bruce Bartman, 70, has been caught trying to vote as his dead Mother.  He also registered his dead mother-in-law so he could vote for dimwit.   Maybe Biden should look into voter fraud when he gets into office.
