U.S. Rep. Tom Reed, R-NY, has announced that he won't run for re-election next year, seems he's been accused of rubbing a female lobbyist's back and unhooking her bra, without her permission.  "It occurred at a time in my life in which I was struggling and powerless over alcohol," was his excuse.   These men just think they have a right to take whatever they want from women, no respect what-so-ever, they think so highly of themselves and think women will welcome the assault.  He's apologized to his victim, his wife and family.   It just keeps happening, no matter how many of them get caught, it's insane.
