Has anyone here bought the DNA kit from this company? I did a few years ago and quite enjoy connecting with family. Earlier this year a 3rd cousin from California messaged me because she wanted to find her grand father’s biological mother. I was able to confirm that she was the younger sister (Hilda) of my maternal grand mother (Mary). She was only 19 and unmarried when her son was born. She allowed her sister (Eliza) and her husband to adopt her son. He grew up in Prince Edward Island, but in later years emigrated to California. Mystery solved. Secrets uncovered. I’m sure many people have found answers to questions using this kit.
Yesterday another cousin on my father’s side of the family messaged me because he was contacted by a woman who was born to an unwed mother and was adopted. She also lives in California…..I can’t wait to hear from her. I really want to know her story. I think she’s in her 70’s. I know her biological mother passed away in 2011. This lady travelled to Canada only to find out the mom had died a few weeks before her visit. She never revealed the father’s name. I hope we can give her closure.
