Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer to retire !!!
- Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer plans to formally announce his retirement as early as tomorrow after serving for more than two decades on the high court, according to a source familiar with the matter.
- His retirement paves the way for President Biden to appoint a new Supreme Court justice. His pick must be confirmed by the Senate.
- On the campaign trail, Biden vowed to put a Black woman on the high court, which would be an historic first.
I think he should nominate Michelle Obama

I like Sherrilyn Ifill….she’s a civil rights atty as was Thurgood Marshall. She gets my vote. This new appt, if/when confirmed, will not change the conservative/liberal balance of this Supreme Court.
