Hi all. Apologies! It’s my day and I’ve been in dr appts all day. Yes, that’s what life is for me right now.
I’ve actually been running around outside without a coat. It’s beautiful! That will change tomorrow. Coats are hard for my arthritic upper arms. I’m going to get steroid shots. Anyone know anything about those? Doc said no weight gain or side effects with one occasional shot.
