I think Graham knows that there is no possible way he can defend Putin, no matter how much his friend Trump has pretty much been kissing Vlad’s ass. I just hope he doesn’t flip and back peddle what he said.

I was shocked to hear Graham disagree with rump.....

The resolution supports a complaint filed by the Ukrainian government against Putin in the International Criminal Court that alleges war crimes in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Graham said he hopes if the US backs the complaint, more nations will follow.
