TONY Awards Tonight
Broadcasting from Radio City in NYC, the award show will be presented on CBS @ 8pm.
I saw “Strange Loop” and that’s the one I’m rooting for. I regret that I didn’t see Mr. Saturday Night with Billy Crystal.
I love the TONYs!!

Clean....let me know what you think. So far my favs haven't won a thing and it's after 9pm. 
Strange Loop won Best Musical and Best Book adaptation? (not sure) 
The kid in MJ won Best Performance in a musical Yay! He's cute and talented!
The female lead in Paradise Square won Best Performance in musical....WOW....she sang and got an ovation from the audience........turned it out
I love that they included Chita Rivera....she originated the part of Anita in the stage version of West Side Story, the original
It was a GREAT show......Ariana DeBose was fabulous.......
I think Company won the most Tonys.

I didn’t make it through the entire show…..couldn’t keep my eyes open….it’s recorded so I can watch the rest of it on Monday. I loved the tribute to Sondheim with Bernadette Peters. I’d love to see the new adaptation of Company withe Ms Lupone. I haven’t been to NYC in a few years…..maybe it’s time for another mother daughter trip.

I will try. We have a few trips planned this year…..Nova Scotia at the end of this month. Bangor Maine to see the musical 9 To 5, Ottawa in August to visit my sister, and then Disney World in September.
My daughter and I have been to NYC 4 times. I know she loves it there.
