-DeSantos won FL but Whoopi is right....it doesn't mean if he runs for Pres he can win in a place like NY and I know a lot of NY'ers took up residence in FL and voted for him there. Repubs/snowbirds. Well, they can't vote in two places!
The Dems need to keep pushing the importance of Democracy remaining intact in this country.
