I like eggs pretty much any way they’re cooked. I also like oatmeal and fresh fruit with yogurt. Wish I liked smoothies more. I do enjoy a corned beef hash. I make mine with smoked meat and usually make it on the weekend..I kind of get bored with week day breakfasts as well. Maybe you could google different breakfast ideas……. Amber find out what people from other countries eat. Could be interesting.
