Writer's Guild of America
Going on strike. It's a looming Hollywood shutdown............they want more money. They want to reach a deal and neither side wants a strike but this could cost Hollywood billions of dollars. It will cause the delay of show openings and show proper closings. Live shows will suffer.

Depending on how long they strike, it could affect our fall schedule of shows

Can you believe one of the issues at hand is that the current writers want guarantees that there will be no writing done via AI? Yes, soon babies will be fed by AI in place of mother’s milk! (Not a lover of AI)

I saw the picketers today. They are determined …. out in the hot sun and marching with signs. They should get raises and more concessions. This experience has proven how vital they are to the industry.
