    why do these shows go on location?

    I usually record The Chew and watch it if it looks interesting.  This week they are on location at Disney World.  I realize Disney is the parent company of ABC so it's really just an hour long commercial for the Disney parks, but the shows are so forced and uncomfortable to watch.    How do you feel about it?

    I never understood the "on location" stuff. Even game shows like Wheel Of Fortune do a week of shows from places like Hawaii. Who cares? I'm still on the same couch watching so it doesn't matter to me where you are.

    I always hated when shows went on location.  The sound is usually annoying because it's outside most times. Much ado about nothing. Bah humbug.

    I'm glad other's agree with me.  I can't even imagine these shows are fun for the hosts.

    I agree too! And I imagine its alot of work for the cast and crew...Also when  they are outside the sound is terrible although they use 'outside' microphones

    I think they do it to promote Disney Land or World. 

    No matter how educated, talented, rich, or cool you think you are, how you treat people tells us all.  Integrity is everything.
