The public deficit has in fact shrunk by $1 trillion under Obama’s leadership, while at the same time programs like healthcare and education have expanded.
Here's a colorful chart showing how Obama brought down the deficit GW left him.

Well, facts do seem to confuse the Repubs so dumbfounding them is just the next step.

As much as I really disagree with the far right, they are doing a really good job of imploding the GOP.

I think Rubio could give her a run for it, but the Republicans may not realize that until it's too late. Or he might get steamrolled by the Trump machine.

I think Jeb would have a good chance of beating Hillary too.

I agree that Rubio has the potential to be a strong candidate, but I think he may be Trump's next target.  While I disagree with most of Rubio's platform, he is a likable guy.  He also has the energy to garner some of the younger votes.  It is still early in the GOP race.
Of all the feet on the GOP stage, I like Kasik.  I like that he says that just because he does not believe  in or agree with something, does not mean that others should loose their right to freewill.  The right wingers do not like him and he also doesn't seem to have the support of the moderate Republicans.  I don't think he will last too much past the first primaries.

Trump doesn't take anyone down in the debates. He can't hold a candle to most of the other candidates when it comes to actual knowledge of the government and issues our government faces. I think that is why he wanted the next debate shortened. The shorter the debate the less chance he will have of being put on the spot to talk about issues.

I agree with  you Need, but his supporters don't seem to care.   It also appears that some really enjoy his attacks.  Oh wait, he doesn't attack, only defends himself.  HaHa.
Actually, when it all comes down to it, I wonder will his SUPPORTERS actually put a mark by his name in the PRIMARY?

LOL! I wonder the same thing. I really would not be surprised if the primaries turn out differently than the polls indidate they will.
