Starting in December, the likeness of former Vice President Dick Cheney will grace the U.S. Capitol, in accordance with a Senate tradition honoring former vice presidents..

Will he be accepting oil and blood covered money with one hand and firing an assault rifle in the air while stepping on little brown children? That's the only thing I can think of to encapsulate all the good he has done for the world.
