Young Lady on Show today talking about College Sex

Let me first start by stating I am not talking about forceful rape,  premeditated acts that incapacitate the female, or male for that matter, in order to sexually assault, or when one is incapacitated and the other is not and a balance of mind is not there. I  believe that anyone has the right to say no, including a prostitute, up to and including during the act.  Any person should have absolute say over their own bodies.

What I do take issue with, is when does personal responsibility and common sense need to be considered?  This young lady said that a person should be able to drink as much as they want, get naked, and get into bed with a stranger.  While I agree with this idea in theory, I also believe that a person should never put themselves in this situation.  And no, I am not blaming the victim, I am simply stating that this world is no utopia and someone of that age should understand there are things that you should and should not do to protect yourself.   Most of my best friends have been male my entire adult and adolescent life. As close and trusting as I am with them, I would never crawl into bed naked next to them.  I would dressed.

Also, when both the individuals in a "hook up" are drunk by personal choice, why is it always the fault of the guy?  How is it he would be considered to be more responsible than the female?
