Good Morning everyone
As most of you are aware I have not been on the site very much, and that’s because I am having problem with my eyes for the past two months, but before I leave the site I would like to express my warm goodbye to everyone. This will be indeed a tough time for me to leave all the good friends I have found on this site. This has been a very hard decision for me because I love this site and the people so much and I am so sad I can no longer be a part of this site the way I would love to be, I am leaving great friends.
I have learned, shared and grown with people on this site, I would like to thank each and every one for making my posting such rewarding and worthwhile experience. I will stop by off and on just to say hi and post a little about the big games lol, my very best wishes to every one of you, I will keep in touch and keep you updated on my condition, thank you for letting me to be part of this beautiful group.

Snapzz, so sorry to hear you've been having sight problems! I thought it was just your hands that were giving you pain, it sucks that you've got another issue to deal with.
I wonder if maybe there is software you could use that wouldn't require eyesight? I know many blind people participate on message boards I use. I'm sure you've looked into the options and I don't want to pry.
I will certainly miss your observations and opinions about politics and football and everything else! Please do stop by whenever you can. You always have friends here!

I know there is definitely software for blind people because I often discuss issues online with a guy in Serbia who is completely blind. I wonder what he uses and how expensive it is?
In the meantime, have you tried Flux or Dimmer? These are free software you can download that softens and dims your screen. Very helpful for me as the light often triggers migraines. If you are interested let me know and I'll post the links.
I'm sure you and your doctor know what's best and the main thing is that you are healthy. But if there's software that could keep you here I'd be all for it.

Flux and Dimmer are both free software that you can download to make your screen softer and less bright. A lot of people with eye issues use them.
Here's the link to Dimmer:
And here's a basic overview of what it does: Dimmer is a very small and free piece of software designed to provide brightness reduction and softness to images on LCD screens, TFT screens and LED screens when it either don't have, or lack proper brightness control. A must have if you work on your computer at night with very low ambient light or if you are bothered by sharp light.
Flux is more about making your screen fit your surroundings. So if you have a dark room the screen will be darker. Not sure if it would help much but you can try it out.

Oh snapzz, say it isn't so!
I am really going to miss you. You are one of the kindest posters I have ever had the pleasure to post with. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your eyes. I hope it is temporary and you improve quickly. I will miss you in the meantime. I have developed a new found curiousity about Detroit because of my friendship with you. I love reading the History of the City as well as plans to bring back the life & vibrance it once had. It once was just another city to me but now I care about it's future.
Thank you also for your sports updates. It is nice to know everyone's "team" and root for them. That is the beauty of Plan B. We do all get along. No name calling, no hatred, just friends discussing stuff!
Please take care of yourself snapzz. Enjoy those Grandkids, they are the best part of life. I hope to see you back here soon. Until then
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you my friend!
