Elderly horses
I just started volunteering to work with elderly horses. Grooming, walking, giving extra attention. My favorite is Eeyore who is 35 years old. Best thing is that the stable is just up the street from me.

That sounds like fun, TeachesK. Horses are such magnificent creatures. I think that it would be very stress relieving to care for a horse.

This is really cool! I use to volunteer while in 4H. A lot of ppl are intimidated by the work & the horses, so it is hard to get volunteers for any amount of time. My mother is considering opening a rescue in Tucson, Az.
I will not kneel before Zod.

Spunky I dont remember how to post pictures here. If someone can give me a cheat sheet on how to, I will post pictures of the horses.
