Good morning Spunky. I woke up to that good old Bay of Fundy fog. It's burning off and the sun is coming out. The dampness gives me a chill. I guess I got spoiled with the lovely warm weather we've had over the last few days.

Spunky and Clean...It's pretty nice out right now, I think showers are expected for this afternoon. Thank you Spunky, it is feeling better, I'm lifting items in a whole new way, the doctor called it building up my core! I stupidly picked up a couple of window boxes full of flowers and had to pay the price. Now to even pick up a plate, I've been told to spread my feet apart and bend my knees 
Good advice for anyone picking up heavy items though.

It's rainy and grey...perfect because it's time to prepare the back room for painting this Wednesday. Isn't this a wonderful earth? It's even beautiful in the rain....
teluog, feel better. Here's something I have to do when lifting: Exert=Exhale. So when I pick up a load I blow out and then take a deep breath. I'm telling you it works. And I will definitely try the legs apart, bend knees thing. Thanks.
